An existing 50’s ranch style home in Richmond’s West End was redesigned to add an expansive new kitchen, open living and dining area, and large back deck along with additional bed and bathrooms. The addition, which doubled the existing square footage, was situated to create a front motor court while not overwhelming the existing structure.
