This project is currently in progress and involves a comprehensive renovation and expansion for a couple who purchased an old, poorly maintained Cape Cod-style home in the same neighborhood. The ongoing work includes an extensive addition featuring a new master suite, living room, dining area, kitchen, and a large covered porch with retractable screens. The existing house is being fully renovated to incorporate his-and-her offices, a mudroom, laundry room, guest bedrooms and baths, and various hobby spaces. A new detached garage with an exercise room is being added, connected to the house by a covered breezeway. Above the garage, an entertainment lounge is being created, complete with a bar, pool table, and large TV. The project will also include the addition of a new pool.
