This project involved a complete renovation of a beach house that has been in the same family for three generations, with each generation adding their own touch over the years. The house, which previously had a dated 1980s look with lots of stained wood, underwent a full gut renovation. The exterior, originally covered in cheap stucco and lacking beach charm, was completely stripped and redesigned to evoke the feel of a beach cottage. The interior was also fully renovated to create a luxurious yet casual atmosphere.
