Responding to a common client request for more living space for a young family, this renovation / addition added a new 3 car garage with finished space above, attached to the existing home with a breezeway. An existing garage was converted to an interior playroom, and a covered outdoor space with fireplace was added for family hangouts. Working in conjunction with the Landscape Designer, a new formal garden and kid’s play area was planned adjacent to the covered porch.
